One day, an invading army entered Assisi, Italy and proceeded to enter the monastery of some religious sisters.  Upon encountering a group of these courageous sisters standing their ground led by their older and sick superior, Clare of Assisi, with the Eucharist before her, this same army turned away and took flight.  St. Clare followed the example of her close friend St. Francis, in living a life totally dedicated to Christ.  Here in this video, you’ll learn more about the life and work of this devoted saint.
