How did a group of eleven uneducated men suddenly receive the ability to speak new languages and convert three thousand people in a single day?  The Gift of the Holy Spirit.  On Pentecost, the “birthday of the Church,” we celebrate the outpouring of the Spirit upon the Church.  Through our Baptism and Confirmation we receive the same Gift of the Spirit sent to the Apostles on Pentecost Sunday.  Here in this video, you’ll learn more about this important day in the Church and it’s meaning.
