“God is approachable,” contends Fr. Rob Galea in this Spotlight film on prayer. “There is no formula to approach God.” Fr. Rob says prayer is fundamentally “about giving your heart to God.” Fr. Rob encourages us to allow God to embrace us in the present moment, and not to wait until we are at Mass or in a Church to speak to Him.  He concludes, reflecting on Psalm 46, that we need to “be still, just stop, shut up, and let God speak, because God has things to say to us as well.”
